Situated in the picturesque and friendly village of Nettleham, Filly Green Cottage faces out across the village Green, next door to The Tea Cosy tearoom. With a restored cartwheel and original hitching rings on the old stone wall telling of the location’s heritage, the property stands on the grounds of the former stable yard and tack room. To the side of the cottage, guests have use of a free off-road allocated parking space for one car, with clear signage to greet you.

Stable doors welcome you into the entranceway, leading into the spacious open plan living area, comprising of a cosy living room, dining area, and kitchen. The modern kitchen is well equipped and features breakfast bar and quartz worktops. In your welcome pack you will find Lincolnshire plum bread with tea and coffee to refresh you after your journey, and there is free wi-fi available.

Whether seated at the breakfast bar, or the dining table, the village Green is a pretty and cheerful view. The bright and cosy dining area is an ideal space to share a meal, play a board game, or relax on a comfy sofa or snuggle chair to watch television, a DVD, or read a book in the cosy living space.

The cottage has one bedroom with double luxury divan bed and extra deep mattress with quality bedding. Towels and bed linen are provided.

The modern bathroom is fully tiled and features a P-shaped bath with overhead shower and handheld shower system, wall mounted basin, heated LED mirror and WC.
